Skincare Products
Due to the nature of professional skincare:
- Products cannot be returned or refunded if opened or used
- This is to ensure product integrity and hygiene standards
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and a photo of the product
- We will arrange a replacement or suitable solution
Unopened Products
Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return:
- Must be returned within 7 days of purchase
- Must be in original packaging and resale condition
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Treatments & Bookings
- Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours notice
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a forfeit of deposit or booking fee
