Notification of any damage in delivered goods should be made within 24 hours of their receipt by telephone on 0845002211 or email info@euphoriaskincare.co.za If a product appears to be faulty, this should be reported via email or telephone and returned to us within 7 working days of notification.


Cancellation/Refund:
You have the right to cancel your order at anytime within 30 working days following receipt of your goods. If you wish to cancel your order please return the unopened and unused goods in their original packaging to us within 5 working days of notifying us of your wish to return the order. We will process a refund on receipt of goods. Please note, we cannot process refunds for goods that are not returned to us within the specified 5 working day period, have been opened, used or are not in their original packaging.

 

REACTION TO A PRODUCT 

If you experience an allergic reaction to one of your products, please send an email to info@euphoriaskincare.co.za

We kindly ask you to send this through within 7 days of receiving your product and include the below details in your email: 

  • Your full name and order number
  • The full name of the product that caused your skin to react 
  • Symptoms you experienced
  • I may also ask for photos of the product and or/affected area to relay to the brand in order to provide you with the best solution

FAULTY PRODUCT

If you happen to receive a faulty product, please send an email to our team within 7 days of receiving at info@euphoriaskincare.co.za

I kindly ask you to include the below details in your email:

  • Your full name and order number
  • The full name of the faulty product 
  • Photo of fault 
  • Once product is assessed by our team and deemed faulty we will arrange a replacement
